Fund Beneficiary: CHILDREN of IDG ASEAN employee

Fund Purpose: to encourage and support IDG ASEAN employee’s children, such as: excellent/good pupils/students recognition awards, children day celebration (1 June day, Mid-Autumn Festival . . .), support to children’s operation/surgery/accident . . .

Fund Raising:

-     Staff are encouraged to contribute as your will (VND 500,000/year is recommended)

-     Manager will contribute double of the average amount of staff’s contribution; (More is appreciated ! ! !)

-     Group Manager/Director will contribute triple of the average amount of staff’s contribution. (More is appreciated ! ! !)

-     Group Companies will contribute ten times of the average contribution of staff.

Example illustrating the above:

-     Employee: VND 500,000 x 60 staff = VND 35 million

-     Manager: VND 1 mil x 5 managers = VND 5 million

-     Group Manager/Director: VND 1.5 mil x 7 GM/Director = VND 10 million

-     Companies: VND 5 mil x 2 companies = VND 10 million

      Total funds: VND 60 million/year

Fund Management:

-     Management team includes: c.Nga Bui, Thao Mac, Trang Pham and a.Tam Le;

-     Our team will develop policies on the disbursement and keep you informed;

-     Our team will report you all activities of the fund together with fund contribution and disbursement bi-annually or quarterly.
